We provide shipping instructions and can coordinate a shipping label when needed; the shipment, receiving check-in, scan notes, certificate, and customer record can all tie back to one request.

Is mailing in hard drives secure?
Yes. Every shipment is logged on arrival and kept under documented chain of custody until the media is physically destroyed to NIST 800-88 standards. You receive a certificate of destruction.
How do I pack my drives?
Pack items securely in a sturdy box. Drives can be shipped loose or still installed in a device — either works.
How much does it cost?
Flat, per-item pricing: $9 per hard drive, $10 per device, $1.25 per lb for small media, and $0.45 per lb for mixed electronics. Servers are quoted.
Do I get a certificate of destruction?
Yes. Every order includes a certificate of destruction for your compliance records.
Where can I ship from?
Nationwide. You can mail in hard drives and media from anywhere in the United States.
What happens to the material after destruction?
Destroyed media and electronics are recycled through our zero-landfill process at our Garland, Texas facility.
