Hard drive destruction has never been easier. Just fill in the form below and we will send you an invoice for your order. Once your order is paid we will send you a box containing an appropriate sized lockable tote, 2 numbered seals, a return label with shipping and packing instructions.

2. Your container arrives

Once your container arrives, you simply fill it with the material you wish to destroy and recycle. Use the enclosed packing material to help secure the contents. Attach the seals onto each end of the tote, place inside cardboard box. Reseal the cardboard box and attach the return shipping label.

3. Your container is packed

You can have your shipment picked up from your home or office by scheduling your pickup online at ups.com or by calling 1-800-742-5877. Ups will pick up your package and you will not be charged a pick up fee.

4. Your package arrives

Upon arrival we verify the lock numbers and open the container. All hard drive serial numbers are scanned and logged into our system. Then the hard drives are destroyed and or shredded. Computers servers and other electronics are checked to make sure that any hard drives have been removed.

The leftover material will be recycled in a manor that meets or exceeds all state and federal standards. You will receive an email with a link to our client portal where your certificate of destruction and receipt are located. If at any time you need to verify serial numbers or reprint certificates you can do so via client portal.
