Do you work with both businesses and individuals?
We primarily serve businesses, government agencies, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions. However, we do accept drop-offs from individuals for electronics recycling during business hours.
Data Destruction
How do you ensure data is completely destroyed?
We use multiple destruction methods including physical shredding with NSA-listed equipment, degaussing, and secure erasure. All data-bearing devices are destroyed according to NIST 800-88 guidelines, and you receive a Certificate of Destruction documenting the process.
Can I witness the destruction of my data?
Yes! We offer on-site destruction services where our mobile shredding units come to your location, or you can visit our facility to witness the destruction in person. Many clients prefer witnessed destruction for sensitive materials.
What compliance standards do you meet?
We comply with HIPAA, FACTA, GLBA, SOX, PCI-DSS, and DOD 5220.22-M standards. Our facility is R2 compliant, NAID AAA certified, and maintains ISO 14001 environmental management certification.
Do you destroy SSDs and flash storage?
Yes. Unlike traditional hard drives, SSDs require physical destruction to ensure complete data elimination. Our industrial shredders process SSDs, USB drives, memory cards, and all forms of flash storage.
Electronics Recycling
What electronics do you accept for recycling?
We accept virtually all electronic equipment including computers, servers, monitors, printers, networking equipment, mobile devices, cables, and office electronics. For a complete list, visit our Electronics Recycling page or contact us.
Is there a cost for recycling?
For most equipment, recycling is free. Some items like CRT monitors and certain batteries may have processing fees due to the hazardous materials they contain. We provide transparent pricing upfront.
What is your zero-landfill policy?
We’re committed to recycling 100% of the materials we collect. Nothing goes to a landfill. Materials are processed and separated for recycling, with precious metals recovered and hazardous materials handled by certified downstream vendors.
Do you provide recycling certificates?
Yes, we provide Certificates of Recycling that document the quantity and types of equipment processed. This documentation can be used for compliance, sustainability reporting, and audit purposes.

How do I schedule a pickup?

We provide pickup services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and across Texas. For locations outside our pickup area, we offer our Ship to Recycle program with prepaid shipping labels.
Is there a minimum quantity for pickup?

Do you provide packing materials?
Yes, we can provide pallets, boxes, and packing materials for your convenience. For our Ship to Recycle program, we send shipping instructions and labels when arranged.

Are your employees background checked?
Yes, all employees undergo comprehensive background checks. Our team is trained in secure handling procedures and maintains strict chain of custody for all materials.
How do you audit your downstream vendors?
We maintain a rigorous vendor audit program to ensure all downstream processors meet our environmental and security standards. This is a key component of our R2 compliance.
