Serving Dallas–Fort Worth · 27 years of secure recycling experience
Server recycling

Server recycling with the drives destroyed first.

Retire servers the secure way: Erecycler destroys data-bearing drives to NIST 800-88, recovers reusable components and metals, and recycles the rest to zero landfill — all tracked and certified from our Garland, Texas facility.

We handle rack servers, blade chassis, storage arrays, switches, routers, UPS units, racks, cables, and mixed server-room hardware for Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, and coordinated national projects.

Server recycling and secure disposal nationwide, with onsite service for data center and multi-location clients across the United States.

How servers are handled

Nothing leaves with data on it

Drives destroyed firstEvery drive removed and destroyed to NIST 800-88 before recycling — with a certificate.
Component recoveryProcessors, memory, power supplies, and metals recovered for reuse or material recycling.
Manual dismantlingHand-dismantled to separate materials cleanly — zero landfill.
Tracked & reportedFolds into a serialized ITAD disposition report.
Server-room scope

More than a box of old servers.

Server recycling usually includes the equipment around the server too: storage arrays, SAN and NAS shelves, switches, routers, firewalls, UPS units, PDUs, racks, drive trays, rails, cables, battery backups, and mixed data-center hardware. Erecycler separates data-bearing media from the hardware stream so the destruction record stays clean while the remaining materials move into reuse, recovery, or recycling.

For third-party IT companies, MSPs, national IT teams, and data-center project managers, Erecycler can act as local Dallas-Fort Worth hands for pickup, rack-room removal, asset capture, drive separation, onsite destruction, and reporting. That lets an out-of-town IT owner close a client project without sending a crew across the country.

For larger rooms, we connect server recycling to data center decommissioning and ITAD: serialized records, chain-of-custody handling, certificates of destruction, weight records, and responsible downstream processing.
