Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Erecycler’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Erecycler provides IT asset disposition services including electronics recycling, data destruction, paper shredding, and related services. All services are performed in accordance with applicable laws and our certifications (R2 compliant practices and documented secure-destruction procedures).
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about materials to be processed
- Disclose any hazardous materials or substances
- Ensure you have authority to dispose of submitted materials
- Remove any personal property not intended for disposal
- Provide safe access for pickup services
Data Destruction Services
Erecycler performs data destruction in accordance with NIST 800-88 guidelines and other applicable standards. While we employ industry-standard methods, clients are responsible for removing any data they wish to preserve before submitting equipment for processing.
Certificates and Documentation
We provide Certificates of Destruction and/or Recycling upon request. These certificates document the processing of your materials according to our certified procedures. Certificates are typically provided within 30 days of processing completion.
SMS Messaging Terms
The eRecycler Pickup Notifications program sends transactional text updates to our business customers about their scheduled electronics-recycling and data-destruction pickups — booking confirmations, “driver en route” alerts, schedule changes, and notice that reports and certificates are ready.
Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text updates when you schedule a pickup (on our booking form or in a signed service agreement). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: Varies with your pickup activity (typically a few messages per pickup).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Erecycler does not charge for messages; your carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt-out / help: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or contact info@erecycler.net / (972) 487-6800. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Erecycler’s liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms are Net 30 for established accounts. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for new clients or large projects.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
